Hunters on Whales (oils)

When I used oils it was always very annoying to start a new project for it had to be really good because you had to invest so much time. once I made an oilpainting like this, it had the dimensions 2.7m x 0.9m. It took me one and a half year of work. The Hunters on whales painting only took 4 months. Now I paint with my favourite software GIMP 2.9 and I finish such a picture in two days. I love modern technology!
